Pillbeat

Reminders that actually go off.

Pillbeat rings a dose like an alarm — full-screen and persistent, through Silent and through Focus. Not a banner that slips past you.

The Today screen: doses grouped by time, each marked Taken or Due.

It rings. It doesn't ping.

When a dose comes up, Pillbeat takes over the screen and sounds like an alarm clock — on Silent, inside a Focus, and after a restart. It waits for you instead of disappearing into a stack of notifications.

One tap, straight from the lock screen.

Tap Taken on the alarm itself. It stops ringing and the dose is recorded — no unlocking the phone, no hunting for the app.

A late dose is still a logged dose.

Out when it went off, or asleep through it? Record it whenever you get to it. Pillbeat keeps the day honest instead of hiding what you missed.

The schedules people really use

Set times of day, an interval in hours, particular weekdays, every few days, or a cycle like 21 days on and 7 off. Add a photo of the pill so it's the right one.

The Medications screen listing active and inactive medications with their schedules.

It adds up, quietly

A running streak, a plain percentage, and a month you can read at a glance — green for a full day, amber for a partial one.

The History screen: a 45-day streak, adherence percentages and a colour-coded month calendar.

Someone else can keep track, on their own Apple ID.

Share your list with a family member you invite. They see what you take and when, and they change nothing.

They see
today's doses, what has already been taken, and how the month has gone.
They can't
add, edit or delete anything on your list — their access is read-only.
If a dose goes unconfirmed
they can ask their own phone to tell them, after a waiting time they choose.

You turn it on, you pick who, and you can stop it at any time.

The Care screen on a caregiver's phone: Mum, one of two doses taken today,
a month of adherence, and a medication marked Taken.

Free where it counts. One payment for the rest.

Every reminder feature is free, there's no limit on how many medications you add, and a local backup keeps your data through a reinstall. Nothing about staying on schedule sits behind a payment.

One optional one-time purchase adds two things: automatic iCloud sync across your own devices, and the sharing above. No subscription.

Your medications, schedules and dose history stay on your device. There's no account, and no server we run. Sync and sharing, if you turn them on, go through your own private iCloud.
